Tip Of The Week - The Importance of BraveryDate: Thu, 20. October 2011 08:14:08
Something that gets to me, often, is the death of so many great ideas the I see from really talented people. I'm often asked "why isn't advertising more creative?" or "how did that ever get on air or in print?" and the answer is always the same. It's not a lack of ideas, it's a lack of bravery. Love that quote (thanks Anchorman and Sex Panther). Anyway, nice little spoof on the powers of Photoshop here.

Don't Put Up With Sweatshop ConditionsDate: Wed, 23. November 2011 08:13:35
I hear about this more and more with the economy being so bad. People in ad agencies, especially creatives, are being asked to work longer hours, weekends and holidays, for no extra money. This complete disregard for the employee, and the fact that they have lives and families outside of the ad agency, is just plain wrong. And it could also backfire on the agency in a huge way. Read more about it in this new article right here.Don't Put Up With Sweatshop Conditions originally appeared on About.com Advertising on Wednesday, November 9th, 2011 at 22:58:12.Permalink | Comment | Email this
